Interview
Quick and easy. It lasts for a whole day so you might want to take breaks in between assessments and interviews. The interview proper can be a bit nerve-wracking since you have to undergo 2 interviews: a 'background check' and a 'phone interview assessment'. The phone interview assessment is quite intimidating but the person who I had the interview with was really nice and easygoing to talk to. Brush up on your english verbal skills and avoid slipping "opo" in your answers haha!

Question 1
They'd give you a sample customer account and a spiel, and the phone interviewer will roleplay as a customer asking to bay their bills. You would have to answer all their queries and pay attention to what the 'customer' is asking of you.
