Easy scenario questions and soft skills testing.
Test on ability to use a computer as calls required it. There were 2 stages and both were dont on the phone.
The person conducting the interview was nice.

Very long interview process with no outcome email.you apply for job and you get no reply makes it very disappointing for the person who is applying for the job. I would not recommend applying for this company
