I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Pune) in Aug 2023
Interview
The recruiters and HR use coercive methods to make you to submit all documents, sign a bond with a huge money and then if you don't join them, then will spoil you career by forcefully creating an emoloyee ID and a PF account for you that will jeopardise any future BGV for you. This is even if you havn't taken any money from them in terms of salary or undergone a so called training. They will not respond to any emails or even answer phone calls. Please beware of this company.
Apply-Brief Skills Assessment(Personality tests and number matching)-Job-specific assessment(computer literacy, svar spoken English, typing, and email writing test)-Phone call Interview(The interviewer asked me about basic customer service/tech support questions. The interviewer was really good, listened to my answers without interruption)
