Concentrix have 3 interviews: Screening - It is just a confirmation and they will also ask what is your idea about customer service. Initial Interview/ Behavioral Interview: Basic questions such as Tell me something about yourself, Your idea about customer service etc. Final: More on situational questions

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
