Interview
Process was very long. It will take you almost 8-9 hours to finish the whole process from the initial interview until the job offer. Candidate queuing system doesn't seem to be really implemented and application status would not proceed faster if you don't constantly follow up to the receptionists.

They'll ask you if you can start immediately and if you say "as soon as possible", they'll take it literally and after receiving the job offer you'll be required to start the very next day.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
