I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Aug 2025
Interview
Review:
“I’m a student with no previous work experience, and I applied for an entry-level role at Concentrix. The application process was straightforward, and the communication was clear. The interview was organized and the recruiters were polite and helpful. Even though I don’t have work experience, I felt the questions were fair and suitable for beginners.”
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to work at Concentrix?
Do you have any previous experience?
How do you handle pressure or difficult customers?
What does customer service mean to you?
Can you work night shifts or rotational shifts?
How would you deal with an angry customer on the phone?
Are you comfortable using a computer for long periods?
How is your English level? (Sometimes they make you read a paragraph)
What are your salary expectations?
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
