Its a 'gang' interview in which they assemble a few employees to do the interview. Unfortunately, it was only after I took the job that I saw firsthand what a basketcase of a company it is. For example, I once asked George, the CEO, who headed up software development. He had to think about it, and then said it was him - of course he has NO software development skills or background, and this was one of those moment when I knew I had made a huge mistake. Sure enough this company adds software features by George walking in the room and demanding that some new feature be built. Once you get inside the software you can see how that kind of lunacy has led to a way oversized application with no logical layout or table structures.
