Phone screening interview with GM, followed by face to face shortly thereafter. Second interview involved answering easy questions and explaining my experience and qualifications to department head, and a couple of other techs.

Three interviews, far too many for such a small company. Lots of promises of growth and fresh new ideas that were never put into practice when I accepted the job offer.
