I had a video interview with them initially, where we discussed everything clearly. The next day, the CEO texted me to come for a face-to-face interview at their office 150 km away. Despite my request to finalize everything via video call before joining onsite, they insisted I visit. Upon arrival, I discovered a small team of only 5 members, including the CEO. Despite applying for a Team Lead role, they asked me accounting and VP-level questions, dismissing my answers with claims of exceptional expectations. It was evident they had already decided not to hire me, making the entire experience a waste of time. Driving four hours to reach their office without any accommodation post-interview made it clear this was the worst company I've encountered. They should have respected candidates' time and known which questions to ask.
