Bewerbungen kann man direkt an die Reply holding absenden diese screent das Profil und leitet einen dann an die passende Tochterfirma weiter. Nach einem kurzem Gespräch mit dem HR wird man in Kenntnis gesetzt.
Danach folgt das technische Interview es ging ca. 1.5h-2h. Das feedback erfolgt innerhalb max. 2 Wochen.

30 minute HR screening interview, 90 minute technical interview. Technical interview is personalized towards previous experience in CV. The interview itself is laid back, the main premise is discussion about technologies, how you would use them and how you would solve problems.

What is state management? Benefits and downsides of GraphQL? CSS in JS versus SCSS/CSS? Frontend SEO optimisation (Lighthouse)? How would you solve content shifting on load? Javascript testing, unit and integration testing?
