I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Computer Age Management Services (Taramani) in May 2026
Interview
Got an initial HR call to verify background.
Followed by a L1-FE tech interview.
Next stage, they provided an assignment asking to build "AI" based system along with a fully working FE modules and gave 3 days time.
L2-discussion for FE. Then HM, then HR discussion.
Asking to build AI for the interview rounds and to extract data and feed the UI, for an interview rounds is too much. Had an awful experience when the interviewer was on leave for the "in-person" interview. Had to wait more than an hour, then came the next interviewer who took up 2 more hours without checking if it is ok. It was supposed to be a FE interview but ended up being System Design round, could have been informed. The interviewer was rude as well. Spent 5+hours on travel, 3+hours in office only for them to ghost. When called for feedback, I was told it would be sent on email but not a word.
If you do not want any accountability, don't make people work. Would absolutely avoid this company at all cost.
