Fine, very communicative and interviewed with 4 different people. The HR person is great and very accommodating. The founder has a great attitude and would be great to work with.

About my skills in the past and how they align with the position.
Phone screen with recruiter, then with hiring manager. Pretty standard questions on why you want to join the company, what's your relevant experience, and availability to start.
I thought it went well but clearly not since I was ghosted, despite them saying what next rounds would involve.
A bit telling knowing that they say wanted to move fast to backfill roles, but don't have the common courtesy to even let you know if they've moved on, or any update on the process even if there was a delay.
