Withdrew my application after the 1st stage interview.
I applied twice to the role in March and April after a proactive outreach by cold calling the hiring manager and sending video messages twice. First time around I was redirected to the recruiter who aired my message on Linkedin and second time around they replied with the "still assesing applications". Received 2 rejection emails from both times.
Funnily enough the recruiter that aired my messaged for a month replied back to me 3 days after I received the 2nd rejection email asking if we could have a meeting next week. Don't know why I said yes but oh well.
She asked generic interview questions one after another and made it very one sided. Overall, from her tone was she wasn't interested at all and just wanted to get it over and done with. In all my 20+ interviews applying for SDR/BDR roles I've had a more profressional and engaging introduction to the company and the role which I didn't have here.
She was 4mins late, interview lasted 10mins and scheduled for 30. Withdrew my application after the interview.

Interview
Tash was very nice and interesting and explained the role very well, but she did ask what my parents did for work and the subsequently if they were still together (which they are not), apparently this was to see my true inspiration for pursuing a career in sales, so maybe have that prepared if you plan to interview with her!
The interview was highly competitive and conducted in a very formal setting, with structured questions and a panel of professionals carefully evaluating each candidate's qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
