Compass Events interview questions

Very relaxed interview process. There were around 5 other people there and we all had a quick interview with one interviewer at the same time in a big room. They had multiple batches of interview groups that day and were very accommodating. One person forgot their passport and they were very relaxed about it, offering for them to go home and get it and come back for a later slot.
