Commerz Systems interview questions

I got invited to an interview via LinkedIn. There were two people at the interview, one from HR and one software engineer. The whole interview took about two hours where the woman from HR spent first 15 mins talking about benefits and stuff like that and then the rest was only with the engineer doing a technical interview.

1) Phone interview of around 30 minutes about my resume, experience, salary, etc. 2) Personal interview with a technical expert and HR about the position, why I want it, why them, etc After the first interview I thought I was out, didn’t hear back from them for almost 2 months, then they invited me over for a personal interview and said that after 10 days I should have an answer, however, 1 month latter still nothing.
