Totally unprofessional. The recruiter was swearing in the interview and asking personal questions. He wanted me to gossip about my coworkers. I never received any follow up from the company after a phone interview. Finally after weeks of no correspondence and after I had to reach out to the recruiter on 6 separate occasions I heard back.
