Initially, there were two people interviewing me. Afterwards, I was shadowing two different receptionists and was asked to try out receiving phone calls and doing transactions. Overall, it took me an hour. I don't mind getting rejected, but I am disappointed that they didn't bother to let me know of the status of my application after a month.
