Skype interview (technical and behavioral) and then face-to-face interview (all behavioral). Both with panel of three. Relaxing, welcoming and friendly atmosphere might give you false hope. Questions were easy but require long answer.

Online application followed by a skype interview. Four panellists asking behavioural questions. Friendly and relaxed environment. Few behavioural based questions and technical questions as in telling us about a project you worked on and how did you apply your technical knowledge. What factors you considered while designing. What does the values of the company mean to you and how do you implement them in your daily life.
