Applied online through hackerank test link posted on the company's blog. Did 2 interviews, the first with HR the second with head of infrastructure. Second interview was poorly prepared, awkward and questions were generic. HR was very polite throughout. After 2 weeks of no news got informed that my candidate profile had been lost and they would have to double check. Finally, got rejected and told there were other more suitable candidates. The whole process took over 2 months. Both interviewers were late to the skype call and the lack of communication at the end felt very unprofessional for a company with such high standards.
