Interview
Straightforward two step process after initial call with recruiter. Onsite was very efficient, consisting of multiple different kinds of panels with product managers, engineering managers, and software engineers. I felt that the process was well structured and fair.
2 pre onsite rounds and 3 onsite rounds
Pre onsite rounds - People management and Tech process rounds
Onsite rounds - System Design, Hiring Manager, Product rounds
Interview process will take minimum 3 weeks
After the initial recruiter screening, there are 2 rounds of interviews - technical execution and people leadership focused respectively.
I was not moved forward in the first technical execution. The interviewer was very inexperienced and read the question from the script. The interview is one way without knowing the expectation on the level of the details of depth required for the questions.
