Cognity Java Developer interview questions

The process took 2 days. The first day i talked with a gentle and kind person whom tried to find me a position which i'd like most and fit to me best. Then, I did a Java/XML test which was easy for someone who had developed before Java related application. The 2nd day was the next day of the 1st meeting. I talked to a Manager of some teams and had a very good conversation talking about Java. Right after i met an another person whom i has a short call but seemed that everything goes well. The fact that they didn't contact me at all and gave me a false idea of what's going on, made me had a neutral experience for this company. Despite this, whoever gives an opportunity to junior developers to start from, is appreciated.
