I was screened by a shift leader by phone, then i interviewed with the then store manager, then i was called in to meet the owner and a part time employee of the coffee who I later found out works directly with the owner.

How many years have you worked in coffee before this?
The interview process was good and easy, interviewers were thoughtful and responsive. Overall not a bad interview process or experience. I would have liked to have heard more about the job

Interview
Challenging, lots of questions were asked. Lots of background information required. Felt relevant to the position and took a lot of time. Lasted one hour and then required a follow-up.
