Codemonk React Developer interview questions

I had applied on cutshort and was interviewed via google meet link and i qualified the interview after that i was asked to send the documents like payslips, offer letters, offer in hand which i didnt have, and resignation approval, i had not resigned yet so i didnt have it either, after sending the documents the HR told me I would receive the provisional offer letter to which i had agreed but from that day 16 September 2021 to this day 27 October 2021 i have not received any offer letter, i had also called the HR named Celina next day she said will send the offer letter but i dont know what happened for no reason i wasnt given the offer letter wasted 3 hours of my time. Worst HR. I have seen alot of HR professional being unethical during my working experience of just 3 years.
