The technical interview itself was very positive and constructive. The coding task was stopped early with the comment that my experience was clearly visible, and the discussion continued as a deep technical conversation for over an hour.
However, the final feedback I received was completely inconsistent with the actual interview. It stated that I required significant guidance and that my answers were too generic, which did not reflect the conversation at all.
No additional clarification was provided, and the same role was re-published shortly after.
The decision itself is, of course, understandable - but the lack of transparent and accurate feedback makes the process feel unreliable and not respectful of the candidate’s time.
