Overall there wasn’t much to it, just the basic tell me about yourself and you having to ask the questions to elongate the interview. They don’t have an HR department which I think it’s why this process is so easy but odd set the same time

Interview
The interview process was easy and super pleasant. I got a chance to Shadow another person before deciding if I wanted to take the position. It wasn't long before I heard back and had an offer via email.
