fairly straight forward interview. they'll start off with your standard HR questions (Why would you like to work here?, there are many people applying why should we pick you? whats one strength weakness? etc.) then they'll ask if you've had any stage/EOC/checkride failures and just answer truthfully and what you've learned from it.
from there it goes into technical, covering your pilot knowledge for VFR/IFR. be sure to brush up on things like airspace regs, VFR/IFR sectionals. they pick things out of a list they have so it can vary per interview when it comes to knowledge questions.
