A screening call and face to face interview. I was told that it was positive from their side and that after completing their assessment I would be having the final round interview. I proceeded to complete their lengthy, essay-style assessment and submitted about 5 or 6 pages of work. The hiring manager ghosted me after that even though I followed up. An email reply would have sufficed.
