I reached the final stage after five interview rounds and a time-consuming assignment. I was told I would receive an update, but never heard back. It felt unprofessional not to receive any communication after investing significant time in the process.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cloudvisor (Madrid) in Jun 2025
Interview
"I had an interview with HR. It went well, the position was explained well and the details given were sufficient. After the interview, I was told that the company likes to be “transparent and honest”, and I was selected to compete the technical assessment. I was also told that it would be more much more work and harder than the position requires and said OK. I was sent a rather long, detailed assignment with a bonus section as well. Completed everything on time and sent it over. I got a confirmation that it was received and they will get back to me. After that, 3 weeks pass, nothing at all, radio silence. I sent 3 reminders asking how the application process was, any updates etc, nothing. The positions have been already removed from Linkedin, probably looks like they have been filled. I honestly feel at this point that it was just an opportunity for the company to get work done for free via sending out assignments. Rather shady, but given the amount of work I did and no response, that is the only thing that makes sense at this point. I don’t think I have ever received this type of ignorant attitude before. I saw the comments listed here and now I can agree that the HR department just simply does not care at all. The people you interview give you their time, energy and hard work. I guess better to be ghosted than working for a company that does not care at all about their employees since this is not only HR, it must be the company culture since there are too many incidents listed here. Advice? Avoid doing assignments for them and read everything here.

Question 1
Can you tell us a little bit about your experience as a SDR?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudvisor in Mar 2024
Interview
I really enjoyed the company and the people I met during my two interviews. However, it's been a month since I've heard back from them and I haven't received any feedback. I understand if they chose another candidate, but it's not okay to not provide feedback for those of us who weren't selected. We spent our time on the interview process and completing the test task, so it's at least disrespectful not to give us any sort of feedback.
