1 week after application I got a call from recruiter, promised to be contacted in a day or two, recruiter disappeared for a week with no response. Followed up with recruiter two times, including text and email. I was certain that I was ghosted. After all Recruiter arranged the first round with hiring manager which felt positive, received a fair timeline to receive feedback from Recruiter about the next steps. I got no feedback, but received an automated Workday notification instead requesting feedback about my recruitment experience with Cloudera AND asking me to provide positive criticism so that they can improve their services... I don't have the time to educate them for free on how to manage these matters professionally.
