Went through so many rounds of interview and never get selected. Invested so much energy and time into each interview process and constantly following up with Talent Acquisition team on interview outcome. Feels like I am working for their HR.
Clearly an absolute waste of time. Management team doesn’t know what they are actually asking. Clearly to them we are just a headcount to basically up their numbers and targets.
Nothing technical was put forward, and no codility assessment whatsoever on technical skill sets. Company is also on global downsizing and it’s very difficult to get hold of anyone.
