Completed first two rounds of 4-stage process. Initial call with recruiter, who was easy to speak to and obviously experienced. Moved to interview with department manager and change management program manager located in Ireland, who asked more serious questions about skills transference and gave extra time to ask questions. I did not have quite enough qualifications to move forward, but overall positive experience and I may apply to other positions.
