Interview Process – Technical + HR
The interview process at Cloud Solutions International typically consists of two main stages:
Technical Interview
This round focuses on evaluating the candidate’s technical knowledge and hands-on experience.

Depending on the role, there may be practical scenarios, coding questions, or system design discussions.
HR Interview (Soft Skills + Salary Discussion)
This round assesses communication skills, attitude, teamwork, and cultural fit.
The HR team discusses career goals, availability, and expectations.
