It was easy because everyone was very accommodating. I went there by almost 6PM and was able to sign the contract by 7PM. Everything was smooth. All the HR Personnel were kind and sweet. They let you ask questions about the contract so that you can understand it easily. They also give you enough time to complete your requirements and they offer trainings for everyone unlike those ESL companies.

Interview process done over the phone, both initial and final interviews. Interview measures your ability to communicate in English - in terms of pronunciation, speed and cadence in diction. There is also a little background check.
