- First, I was headhunted by an external recruitment firm through linkedin. - We had a 30 min initial interview, where we discussed my qualifications, professional experience, and the job to be done for this role. - Then, after they agreed I was a good fit of what they were looking for, and me accepting to continue with the process, we agreed for the date for a next interview with the hiring manager. - On the day of the next interview, they let a message on my voicemail to cancel the meeting, because the hiring manager didn't like my profile. - I reached out to the HR person, to get more feedback about it, and just got ghosted.
