First round - Interviewed with the recruiter. Pleasantly surprised by how well prepared the recruiter was, even if they had to jump on the call last minute due to a calendar scheduling mishap. They really did an amazing job walking me through what the company does and setting expectations in terms of what the role entailed. Second round was with the hiring manager where i was again pleasantly surprised by how easy it was interacting with them, learning more about the role and sharing my experience. It felt less like an interview and more a conversation.
