2 stage process. first was a general talk about the job. second was a Case study to see how you solve problems. Waited for 2 weeks before getting feedback from the interviewers

First interview was for personal fit, second round with mainly technical questions. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, also I got feedback on my interview performance and was asked for my opinion on their interviewing strategy.
