Climate-KIC interview questions

I had a virtual interview with the project manager and a team member, which seemed to go well. They promised a decision by the following week, but I didn't receive any feedback for several weeks. I followed up twice, but I didn't receive any response. After more than a month, I received only a generic rejection email. There were no competency-based evaluations, and the selection process was not transparent.

Two virtual interviews with hiring manager and team colleagues - second one was a competency-based interview with questions provided beforehand. One last call with human resources. The conversations and people were all friendly and positive; however, the process was not transparent.
