Unwelcoming, disengaging, and pretty rude, leaving the room during the interview, texting, no eye contact, just felt like I was trying to be caught out, felt awful when I left, absolutely no indication of whether they liked me at all. Also had someone elses CV on the table during the interview. Owner seems like he has a huge ego and it unwilling to take suggestions or change, felt a bit 'my way or the highway'. Interview style was quite cold. Feel like they need to change their approach if they want to be appealing to talent.
