Boss reached out to me via email regarding a position. I responded and he brought me in for an interview. It was fairly intense and fast paced, but I loved it. He is a visionary with a mind that sees the bigger picture.

Interview
I got an offer from CFM to do my graduate Internship. They only offer unpaid internships with 8 hours per day for 4 months. if you are available to do that it can be a good place to start your media career.
Interviewed in-person with CEO and two others. CEO asked what offends me and then proceeded to make a racist joke. Interview lasted about an hour, then I was asked to complete a packet of unpaid trial work. They also asked me to take a day off of work at my current job (also unpaid) to shadow in the office. The CEO seems like a horrible man to work for-feel like I dodged a bullet.
