The interview process took about 2–3 weeks and was smooth from start to finish. The recruiter was incredibly kind, communicative, and respectful of my time. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. It left a great impression overall.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClickTime, Inc. in Mar 2025
Interview
I met with the HR/Talent team for a preliminary interview, then with a senior member of the team, then I put together a marketing plan and reviewed with the senior leadership. Finally, we had a wide-ranging conversation about life, culture fit, and just getting to know one another on a personal level. I found the interview process very positive, collaborative and transparent.

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, recieved communication to schedule a screening call after application with my resume and I scheduled a call within 1 week. They were quick to schedule my initial call, which was the only positive of the interview process. The person interviewing and screening lacked complete knowledge of anything. They didn't know why they were hiring, had no anticipated start date or KPIs (nor did they have any), and was surprisingly had zero knowledge of their hiring process. They couldn't speak to the comp plan or anything relevant which would help me even qualify them for a suitable fit. I understand that not all HR personnel or recruiters are privy to the details, but they acted as if they had no idea what I was even inquiring about. Huge red flag. I answered all the questions which I am certain were read from a cheat seat and was told I had the "right experience and would be referred to the hiring manager for next steps. " I received an auto generated message about moving forward with other candidates, which was actually a relief because my first call offered absolutely zero hope of the stability of their hiring process.
