Very good, very in depth. Created a project and a strong follow up. The questions were honest and not tricky. The team was nice and thoughtful. Understood that confidentiality was key.

What would be your biggest challenge in this role?
Submitted online personality type quiz then agreed to background check. Overall a fair but extremely lengthy process . Most questions seemed obvious. Routed to pull people who seem committed, find meaning in work , dedicated to improve themselves.
