Second phone meeting was with a senior member of HR. They described the role in more detail and asked about things they found interesting on my resume. Was asked on this call to schedule a meeting with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager meeting was in-person and scheduled for 1.5 hours. During that time they went over the company background and expectations of the role. During the meeting the only questions they asked me were at the beginning, "Tell me about yourself..." and in the middle, "How does this strategy sound?" The rest of the time they talked and about organizations history and themselves.
