Interview
The interview was kind of easy. 2 rounds.
1 Technical and 1 Techno Managerial. Both the interviewer were knowledge.
I cleared both the rounds and Now came the HR.
HRs out here are fraud . The will take all the documents and then try to negotiate with you for a salary far below the expectations you have mentioned before the interview itself.
I know why to waste someone's time on weekdays.
Besides they have this retention pay included in you CTC itself. So, if you leave before 2 years you have to pay 10% of your salary.
In short, Interviewers were good but HR team is fraud and don't fall for it.
IT'S SCAM
I had one technical interview with 2 coding questions and then theoretical.
Also some output questions were asked.
After this managerial round was there.
Then HR discussion round. The offer letter was released after that.
