I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Pimpri-Chinchwad) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was pathetic. No communication between the Manager and the Technical BA. My resume was short listed. Technical round was telephonic and I cleared the round. After that HR called me from Pune to Mumbai for personal interview. Manager asked me why do you want to change the job in 6 months. If this was the case then my resume was incorrectly short listed. First round was also a joke. I think people are not serious in Citiustech specially in recruitment.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Bengaluru) in Aug 2021
Interview
One of the best interview I ever had in my career. Very professional, smooth and fast. The interviewer are highly professional, they are point to point and help answering the questions by making the question easy.
There are three rounds
1. Technical Round - They will evaluate your Functional knowledge on healthcare and SDLC process and business analysis roles and responsibilities and CMS new regulations and reforms
2. Technical Round- this will be taken by a senior person with the similar questions.
3. HR Round - discuss about experience, current and experience salary, notice period and give a review on HR policies.
I had first two rounds back to back on same day.
HR round was conducted a day after as HR(Swati Pawar) was busy.
Next early morning received the offer letter more than what I expected.
Kudos to all the people who involved in this process, I highly appreciate as this was one of the best interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CitiusTech in Aug 2021
Interview
1st Round: It lasted for almost 1.5 hours, it was lengthy but very interesting. For 1 hour the interviewer asked me all SQL questions, gave me multiple scenarios and asked me to write queries. The questions were related to Joins, Clauses, Views and Procedures. Then he asked me to draw a Flow diagram for a banking scenario. The next 30 minutes were focused only on healthcare related questions.
Round 2: Lasted for 40 minutes, mostly focusing on all scenario based questions and healthcare related knowledge
Round 3: HR discussion
