I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Citi Sales Partners (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
The process was very convoluted. It began with a Zoom call where a video was played to introduce the company and where each of us had to fill a questionnaire. The second round was a group interview and the final round was a solo interview. At each stage it was unclear as to what they were expecting i.e. the first video Zoom was described as an 'interview' when it clearly wasn't. The interviewers in the final two calls were extremely patronising, rude, and arrogant. Finally, after the final stage I was told I would be contacted the following day, regardless of the decision, to be told the outcome of the interview and whether I would be progressing to the internship or not. A week later and I still haven't heard anything. While this is fine (obviously it's not uncommon to not hear back from applications), to say you will communicate something and then to not follow through with it is a testament to this company's demeanour and how I can expect they will treat those within the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were very vague and largely just quizzed us about the company and what we had researched, there was very little in terms of testing our ability for the role or getting to know anyone individually.

Interview
It's a group interview, they would let you introduce yourself first then break down into small groups to interview you with 3-4 people, there won't be a lot of questions and only little time for each individual.
