Interview
3 rounds interview, with behaviour, math and coding questions. Straightforward questions. The difficulty is medium, but requires strong academic foundations and applied expertise. Interviewers are experienced quants and team leads, skilled in probing analytical thinking, technical depth, and knowledge to real-world financial scenarios.

What's the process for code development life cycle?
Pretty straightforward no surprise questions. 2 rounds plus Human Resources. It took awhile as their Human Resources department seems backed up or understaffed. The salary was reasonable but I didn't think I would like the current environment.
Applied through an agency. HR interview with availability, salary expectations, and knowledge of UK and US markets.
Followed by two stages of interviews - one individual and now with 2 colleagues from different departments.
