I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was more difficult than other banks offering the same role. Multi-day process that involved several interviewers - didn't feel that they asked enough about my current role to understand my capabilities and relied heavily on theory.

The interviews have been very similar. Very fast and professional process.

First round with the hiring mgr, second round a 3 subround 1 on 1 interview. Tech: Behavioral questions are around 7:3. Process wenrt on steadily but slowly in the meantime.
3 interviews in a row. One hour each and mostly technical questions. Kind of difficult. First about walking through resume and your experiences. Second more technical and hard questions. Last one would be more about salaries and sponsorship.
