I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Citi in Oct 2021
Interview
I held a 30 mins interview with a three-person panel. The questions included, why are you interested in this position? why Citi? what did you do at your previous jobs? how are your skillsets translatable to this position? The interview went well, but they were very vague about turnaround time. HR basically ghosted me after several weeks, months of emails went by. Finally, they sent me an automated replied saying the position I've interviewed for had be cancelled. I really disliked their HR practices, no direct feedback, follow-up or even an explanation as why it took so long to hear back and why the canceled the position, honestly, I was a perfect candidate for that position and got along well with the panel. A company that actually cared would suggest other similar roles and an apology so as to not lose you as a valued potential employee. Would truly rate their hiring process as negative experience.
