I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Sydney) in Aug 2019
Interview
Two-step process. One zoom interview and one final face to face interview. It was less technical than the industry average but also did not delve deeply into a behavioural interview. Overall experience was alright however there was little sense of culture.

I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (Stamford, CT) in May 2017
Interview
Interviewed for an equities analyst role as the Private Bank is said to expand its coverage given portfolio managers needed to leverage analysts more going forward. Process took about 2 months with 2 rounds of interviews with total of 5 people including the Head of Research. Why the process was negative was that after the second round, I followed-up 3-4x without any feedback. This is very unprofessional. The HR coordinator also left the firm. If you decide to go with another candidate, please given brief feedback as a professional courtesy.
