I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
From the time when I applied and Citi got back to me saying that I would be considered further until the point when I was told that they would purse other applicants lasted over two months. The HR people in contact with me were friendly. The behavioral interview was somewhere between average and difficult. The lengthy process and slow response time (for updates as to where they were in the selection process and letting me know if I would move on from my interview or not) was subpar.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
